Modern technology fossils
As artist Christopher Locke attests, there will come a day very, very soon, when we will look back on the modern technology of today and laugh at it’s antiquatedness. In fact, that moment may have already arrived given the tone of Locke’s foreboding series of modern technology fossils, which celebrate the once usefulness, now obsolescence, of ubiquitous contemporary inventions.

The thought of modern things later being fossils is difficult to comprehend. I love this work for its creativity and its ability to make someone think.
