There’s something innately competitive about graffiti, but without a formal way of quantifying an artist’s skills, it’s hard for any one person to have bragging rights. Secret Wars, the global street art event that originated in London, has now hit Australia, with bombers and taggers from down under going paint marker to paint marker on white walls at Name This Bar in Sydney. The art battles culminate in a final event on May 6 that pits the last two artists standing against each other — two guest judges grading on a three-point system and a crowd vote determine the winner.
