A Killer Wine: Killibinbin, Australia

Killibinbin has always had a bit of a reputation as a killer – wine, that is. So, with the creative cats at Australian-based Mash design studio, this Adelaide Hills producer developed a label to live up to its reputation. Taking a tongue and cheek approach, Mash’s design cleverly integrates scenes from horror flicks to give the feeling of an old-school film flyer. Between the illustrations, hand written text, and uncoated stock, through Killibinbin, film noir meets Shiraz and Cabernet. The wine has a solid reputation, but the labels are clearly a knock out.
