We’re a sucker for packaging. But it’s the lack of it at Unpackaged in London that has us in deep swoon. Almost none of the Organic Market’s products, from the extensive range of bulk grains, oils and dried fruit and nuts, to the baked goods, fresh products, or cheeses, are individually wrapped. Unpackaged, instead, opts for simple displays, including custom ball jar framed bulk bins from design firm Multistorey and invite you to bring your own containers (even water bottles!) to fill up on your desired item. Ivory Skies t shirts

With so many t-shirt labels coming and going these days it is a good thing to see some sticking around. London-based Ivory Skies has been around for nearly two years now — which in t-shirt language is long. The brand’s new collection has uncovered some more ancient drawings that sit nicely on a printed tee. Designer Carlo Salanitri has built somewhat of a cult following amongst the t-shirt community, with a large online following. Read more

The Kissaway Trail on My Secret Playlist

The Kissaway Trail have a new album entitled Sleep Mountain due for release on April 20, via Bella Union. Sleep Mountain adds in dabs of electronica to the breadth of guitars for a contemporary and vulnerable rock classic. We asked them about the music that inspired the recording.
