I generally don’t like t-shirts so much, but I really like the ones at The Martinez Design Project, the Etsy store for designer Leslie Martinez. Her work transcends the glut of silkscreened clip art in the DIY aesthetic.

Argentinean artist Benito Laren’s illustrations roll through the mind like a restless childhood memory. They remind me of building blocks — solid, inviting and always full of potential.
Sparks’ album Kimono My House is a demented mix of hard rock, pop, glam, new wave, and baroque pop. Why this record never caught on in the States I’ll never know. The songs will get stuck in your head and prevent you from sleeping. Oh yeah, and the keyboard player has a nice mustache too, as evidenced by this track above — This Town Ain’t Big Enough.

These tees are sick! Not so keen on the v-neck (in my personal opinion V-necks shouldn’t never be printed on), but that howling dog t-shirt is a definitely a winner. Any ideas what brand of blank t-shirt they are printed on?
