The goth in me is drooling over this Mammoth Talon Cuff by designer Pamela Love in collaboration with Black Sheep and Prodigal Sons. Apparently it’s made from real, 10-30,000-year-old mammoth tusk.
So my protegee is in full training for the annual International Whistling Championships which take place in North Carolina each year and I’m reasonably happy with his progress, though he did struggle a little the other day when I had him doing pushups whilst belting out the distinctive chorus hook to Norwegian Wood. It’s all about looking into a black mirror and seeing the creative energy burst back out at you. We think it’s very cool and the first in what we hope will be a series of short videos exploring what it really means to be lost at e minor. Hit us up if you’d like to have a go at creating one.
This café, cookie shop, ice cream place in Cobble Hill Brooklyn is all about flavor, aroma and family. Their cookies and ice cream are absolutely to-die-for, and the place is so well-designed, painted in vintage colors with old family pictures printed on the walls, that you’ll want to indulge yourself for more than just a few minutes. Try their Whoopies and Lucia cookies. They’re my favourite.

Two of the nicest dudes I’ve ever met own and design the ridiculously cool clothing line, Kane & Unke. It’s pretty much all I have in my closet. They used to be sold exclusively at Metropark, but have recently fired up their own online store which I’m told will be up and running around July.
