A Conference Bike for business and parties
After the double bike, or the triple bike, if the couple decides to form a trio, comes the Conference Bike. Created by Eric Staller this is a bike for conferences, work meetings, chats with friends and parties, all of which can now take place on wheels. The CoBi7 is the model for seven people. There is also another model, the CoBi5, for quintets, which is easier to park in garages. What’s next? Hopefully they’ll have a G-7 meeting on one of them.

Clocky is an alarm clock that notices if you don’t wake up and starts moving all over your bedroom so you won’t be able to catch it and turn the alarm off. Its main intention is to hide and keep ringing untl you wake up. This tinny alarm clock has two all-terrain wheels that can endure all surfaces.
Only in Japan? Perhaps. The Japanese Bug Fights website promotes real bug fights, with combatants such as scorpions, spiders, mantis and giant beetles. The rules are simple: only two bugs must be engaged in the fight. External weapons are not allowed and the fight lasts till one of opponents dies. Hmmm. Read more

We’ve all seen those iconic Jesus Christ, Osama Bin Laden, Queen Elizabeth II and the suicide bomber CUPCO dolls floating around the world. Now Western Australia’s ingenious artist Luke Temby, aka CUPCO, has invited 100 international artists to showcase their own creative interpretation of CUPCO dolls here in Australia. The doll exhibition will open at the Damien Minton Gallery in Redfern, Sydney on December 16 and carry on until December 22. All 100 dolls will be on sale and the proceeds will help out our Congolese sisters and children affected by war.
