Inside a North Korean Arcade
Gaming blog UK Resistence just posted rare photos of an arcade in Pyongyang. The dingy, poorly-maintained building and game consoles remind me a lot of an arcade I went to in Beijing in the early 90s, although slightly more depressing.

Kamrooz Aram is an Iranian-born artist that lives in Brooklyn. Pattern plays a big role in his work and he plays with iconography a lot. His series of paintings that have a greenish, night-vision goggle hue are pretty terrifying. Angels and hawks circle around Persian clouds and the point of view seems to be from an American soldier.
Produced by our talented friends over at Miami-based studio, Common Machine, this is the first installment of a new bi-monthly series of exclusive Lost At E Minor videos that they will be putting together for us.
