Through a comprehensive recording of their lives it reminds us that, when examining anything in detail, there is no such thing as a cliché. Located in heart of Louisiana, the Six Flags fun park has lain in ruin since Hurricane Katrina swept through New Orleans in 2005. There had been talk that the park would be transformed into a Nickelodeon-branded water park, but that has still yet to eventuate. Read more

I almost forgot — metal is really about being drunk, pissed, offensive, and satanic. I have Bestial Mockery to thank for this. Their no-frills black thrash is barebones and snarling without being too dead-pan serious. These guys from Sweden are clearly having a blast worshiping the Dark One in the tradition of old-school bands like Venom, early Bathory, and Sodom. Nothing too original here, but it’s fun as hell.
