Pat & Stick’s Homemade Ice Cream Co

Pat Monnot and ‘Stick’ Seach are one-time IT professionals turned ice cream makers extraordinaire, who now spend their days knocking out delicious, creamy, creative, gourmet, handmade ice cream sandwiches to an increasingly growing and fanatical Sydney-based following. Friends since back in the day, this American and Australian duo that operates Pat & Stick’s Homemade Ice Cream Co, produces high-quality ice cream sandwiches using all natural, pure ingredients to create mouth-watering, worth-buying-a-ticket-to-Sydney-for results. Eight main flavors like Vanilla Lace — vanilla ice cream smooshed between two crunchy oat and almond biscuits — plus the occasional seasonal specialities are sold throughout delis and cafes around Sydney. Their simple, retro-packaging, reminiscent of old-school ice cream shops, deserves a nod too.
