There is no doubt that the Coffee Art is one of the most appetizing demonstrations of ephemeral art. Australian, Scottie Callahan, Barista at the Belaroma Coffee Roasting Company, was named the World Champion of the Latte Art Championship in 2006 and the Australian Bartender Championship in 2007, among other awards. And, yes, his work, featured above, does look pretty damn tasty.
