Zohar Lazar does some nice cartoon-y illustrations, but I find his kenetic, spacially confounding landscapes the feature crashing cars and abstracted junk to be particularly compelling.

Brilliant animation by the Toondra animation studio
Toondra animation studio is one of the better known animation studios in Russia creating animated music videos and commercial animation. This is the video for the song My Name Is Shnur by the legendary rock band, Leningrad.
Born in St Petersbourg, and raised in Beirut by his Russian-Estonian mother and Lebanese father, autodidactic photographer Sherif Elhage now lives in Paris. Phew!
