Their latest collection, Hathor’s Revenge, breaks down the nanna like stigma often associated with a coin carrying device. Using deer and cow hides in nude, grey, black and purple hues, these unique designs will have you paying with coin at every opportunity. But be warned, they’re a real conversation starter.

I just can’t get enough of British illustrator Stuart Kolakovic’s quilt-like, narrrative compositions, which abound with folksy Eastern European themes, figures and type.
Fate is the record, Dr. Dog were destined to make a timeless yet contemporary distillation of the band’s open-armed, big-hearted sound. Inventive, magnificently realized, and absolutely irresistible, the Park The Van Records release sees the Philadelphia-based quintet filtering the gamut of American popular music into its own idiosyncratic brand of blue-eyed, dilated-pupil soul. As ever, Dr. Dog makes magic from an enduring pop palette of intricate harmonies, shape-shifting melodies, and ramshackle audio ingenuity all presented through their slightly skewed and utterly individualistic outlook.
Artist C.D. Richardson uses some pretty amazing collage techniques to create terrifying, cryptozoological illustrations of monsters and freaks out of old medical and scientific photographs. Read more

Of course, if you really don’t care, or don’t know how to appreciate a thing of beauty, then, surely, you will love the Deus café. Truffle oil drizzled field mushrooms appear on the breakfast menu. If that doesn’t make you bow at the Altar of Deus, then you can go to hell.
