|Personally, I think it’s difficult for family photos to not be a bit stilted and weird, but Awkward Family Photos manages to post truly baffling images of badly dressed, strangely posed, and generally weird-looking clans as they wish to be remembered.

California-based drums-bass-piano trio Topaz Rags may or may not have tumbled out of a desert roadhouse, but their sound evokes the kind of gleefully sinister goings-on you might imagine beneath thrumming bug zappers and a flickering neon glow after the bartender has locked the front door and Bubba has donned his purple cloak.

weird! i have that same top picture as a joke on my bookshelf at home but it’s mark wahlberg & marg helgenberger http://www.cthb.org/pics/misc/80schild.jpg anyone know where the celeb one is from? they obviously used this awkward family photo as a template.
