I don’t know about you, but I struggle with misplacing my little SanDisk USB stick. All proceed of the doll’s auction will benefit Project Angel Food, an organisation that works to provide food for people affected by HIV and AIDS.

Using the interplay between magnetic fields and gravity to manipulate a special sort of plastic developed specifically for this project, Belgian artist Jolan van der Wiel creates Gravity Stools, which are crazy, mushroom-looking things that also happen to be stools.
Photographer Judith Dekker creates poetry with her camera. As I sift slowly through her portfolio, I am inspired to jot down small rhythmic sentences to match her mystical work. Only the French can get away with the sort of effete, gothic electropop that Position Parallele make. It’s hard to tell if the duo’s deadpan is supposed to be funny or not, but it’s pretty hard not to pull some angular, jerky dance moves when listening to their New Order-ish tunes.
