Kristin Baker
Kristin Baker’s paintings strike the eye like massive Hollywood blockbusters, but have the elegance of delicate watercolors. Reminiscent of Kazimir Malevich and the Italian futurists, Baker’s two-dimensional pieces abstract images of crashing cars, explosions, and other apocalyptic images to create unnerving and dynamic works that resonate with the uncertainty of our times.

This is insane!! You always post the most stunning and culturally rich content, Mr. Gerry Mak!

Hi! Great with race art. Got to love that. A lot of speed and action in her painting. But I fail to see the conection to Malevitch’s works. How do you mean, Mr. Mak?

Forget my last comment. My lack of knowledge is stunning. Looking further than my memory (using the web) I know see what you mean. : )

I know few young students who made similar art work in one of their projects. How amazing that few people like Kristin get famouse and few stayed as college students!

Great and eye catching. Full of awaking energies and bright colours.
