When scientist Raul Cano discovered 45-million-year-old yeast preserved in amber and brought it back to life, he did what anyone else would do: he brewed beer. He and fellow scientist Lewis ‘Chip’ Lambert partnered with brew masters Peter Hackett to found Fossil Fuels Brewery in order to market their unique brew.
