Jeph Gurecka
Brooklyn-based artist Jeph Gurecka uses food and organic matter in fascinating ways to make his conceptual pieces, taxidermying chicken parts and arranging them into a muscular, human torsoe, or making a huge pile of skulls made out of bread, or reproducing photos using salt, soil, and ash.

Love the idea of re-using material that is around in our space and the insight (being able to look, see and use) of artists employing its use in artistic expressions. There is so much around that one can use in this time of shortage of funding by governments to people with creative minds. This idea brings me back to the late 60′s & 70′s by artist in the USA who re-used material to create. Leyton.
