Usually when I write about an artist it’s easy to pick the image that accompanies it. But the work of Peter Callesen is all so good. It’s simple, well executed art with a concept. His work is inspired by fairytales and romanticism and explores the relationship between two and three dimensionality, as well as between image and reality. [see also the work of David Scheirer]
