Now this is a toy! This beechwood rocking car was designed in 1950 by Hans Brockhage and Erwin Andrä. We wish that all things had such a clear and pure joy.

If you like this then I’ll bet my bottom dollar that you’ll love this cool piece of Scandinavian simplicity … it’s a kid’s scooter I spotted on a client’s website – designed by Kjell Heggdahl and currently sitting at the top of my ‘things I want to buy for my nephew when he’s a tiny bit older’ list.
