Music is the main inspiration of the Colombian photographer, Karim Estefan (aka The Slow Cheetah). His portraits and self-portraits are updated daily on his Flickr page and show a delicate mix of lights, colors and expressions, all inspired by his favorite song lyrics. Estefan’s work has been featured in magazines like Rolling Stone and Gatopardo, as well as at several museums and art galleries around the city of Bogota. But his talent is not only reflected in photographs. He is also a painter who has never felt comfortable with regular techniques so has instead experimented with a process that involves the two opposite elements of nature: fire and water.

The Take It Easy experience in Barcelona
Two months ago, a very special and unique place opened in Barcelona: TAKE IT EASY, an anti-stress space. Inspired by The Eagles song, Ramón Regada created a comfortable area in the district of L’Eixample in which people can unplug and take a short nap in hi-tech massage chairs. It is aimed at workers with only short time after lunch to take the famous siesta. And all for just five Euros. Regada asks each customer to write down a phrase or word after taking the nap and each week he selects one as a banner in the front window of the space. Read more

The return of the Brionvega rr226
Italian brand Brionvega has resurrected the classy Radiofonografio piece first created in 1965. The updated version is just like the original turntable/radio unit, but also has a CD/DVD player.
