Icelandic orchestral pop outfit Benni Hemm Hemm are about to undertake their first American tour, a big step in the career of this multi-membered outfit. ‘The band, which is led by Benedikt Hermann Hermannsson, contains anywhere from eleven to seventeen members, depending on who is available. Their sophomore release, Kajak, was recorded with an eleven-piece band’. It will be released in America on May 22 through the Morr Music label.
