Denver-based photographer Kelly Shroads ‘recently returned from a two-year journey to California that included many journeys through the Mojave desert. Her photographic inspiration lies in the simple beauty of light and color, people, places and life. She shoots with a variety of vintage medium format cameras, her Hasselblad being her primary camera of choice’. [see also Mia McDonald]
