Currently working out of Westminster, California, Brooklyn born photographer, Brooks Manbeck, drove across to California to attend CSULB where he received a BFA. ‘Most of my work is done with a Canonette QLIII Rangefinder camera because of its compact size and availablity on Ebay. New places and new situations are my inspiration. Time spent staring through a viewfinder is time wasted’. His photography has been published in Dice magazine and Flow magazine.
